Friday night was a very mellow night but proved to be a lot of fun. Afterwork I headed to Wallingford with Jessica (I’ll introduce you later). We met with Kurt at Musashis. Musashi’s has the best sushi at the very lowest prices in Seattle. The three of us ate for under $40.
After sushi we headed out to the Barking Dog where we all ordered dessert. I got the apple flautas which happen to be my favorite dessert in all of Seattle.
After The Barking Dog we headed over to the Reading Gaol. The crowd at the Reading Gaol is always quite interesting. Their cheap drinks and boardgames are the draw… we ended up getting a table in the side room with no one else around and we spent the eveing playing the game of Life. Jessica wins at Life.
Yesterday equated to a bunch of nothing but today I am off to Marymoore Dog Park to see what all the fuss is about! Percy will be here in a week… I must be prepared!
Jessica may have won at life, but I had a beautiful husband and 6 beautiful sons piled into my car, an 8-bedroom house, I discovered a new planet, and I won not one, but TWO Nobel Prizes! Too bad none of those things are true in my real life (other than the new planet thing, of course).
